I believe in creative living and dreaming big.
As a shy little girl, art became a way for me to open up and express myself. My mom often jokes about not being able to pry the crayon out of my tiny little hand… It was truly love at first mark.
A constant stream of doodles and drawings throughout my school age years eventually led me to The University at Buffalo where I earned my BFA. After graduating, I returned to school for Art Education certification classes. It was during that time that I realized that although I enjoy teaching, the creation of art is where my true passion lies. I went on to make magical messes across miles of wall space, ceilings and canvas as co-owner of Brush of Class.
My creative journey has been full of twists, turns and incredible adventures.
I like to believe that this is only the beginning…
Whether I’m making a painting in the studio or making a meal for my family I believe opportunities to play, have fun, and make wild imaginings come true are everywhere. Anything is possible… No idea is too ridiculous, no dream is too big. EVERY day is a good day to live a creative life. |
